Abstract:
In this paper, the mathematical model of the measuring transducer of the intensity of the light flux into a constant voltage based on the pair of photodiode operational amplifier is considered. In addition, a method for interpolating the dependence of the spectral sensitivity of a photodiode on the wavelength of optical radiation is proposed. Abstract:Abstract:
The application of phase methods for measuring distances is an accurate method. But its use in conductor lines has certain limitations. The presence of an undefined parameter of damage or change of line parameters leads to the appearance of an additional phase shift angle. The application of the phase-frequency approach to the reflection signals analysis reduces the influence of these factors on the accuracy of the distance determination.

Authors:
Aaron Larsen, Edyta Sørensen, Devin Jensen
Abstract:
The mathematical model of the multi-frequency phase method of ranging is proposed, which allows sounding with harmonic signals in the frequency range from the original to the final. The essence of the model is to measure the values of the vectors of the total reflected signals, the recording of the system of linear equations, finding the coefficients of the power equation of the solution which gives the value of the signal vectors of the reflected from each object at the initial frequency and the signal vectors of the frequency increment. The obtained values of vectors are used to separate signals from each object and refine the results, which allows increasing the accuracy of measuring the range of objects.

Abstract:Abstract:
The development of info-communication technologies in our time is very rapidly. Previously, during the construction of telecommunication networks, operators relied on existing statistics on the load, the range of services and user demand, it is now necessary to take into account, first of all, the “future” demand, the prospects for increasing the volume of traffic, changes in the composition of user devices and, accordingly, the types and parameters generated it traffic. In the recent past, monitoring traffic was a relatively simple task, in connection with the development of telecommunication networks and the complication of their topology, total traffic can no longer be seen from one point. Monitoring and analysis of traffic are needed to more effectively diagnose and solve problems at the design and use of the network.

A Novel Vacuum Model in a Physical Field
Authors:
No Gil, Kim Hak-su Gim, Ok Nam
Abstract:
A vacuum model is constructed on the basis of a system of postulates supported by laws that are common both for matter and for vacuum. It defines the lines of force of the electric, magnetic, gravitational and kinetic fields, reflecting the distortion of a homogeneous vacuum, which is not detectable in real-time devices with real instruments of natural and artificial origin. The model in modern natural language corresponds to the substantive version. The nature of the formation of the lengths of matter in three-dimensional space is considered. Examples of the existence of matter in one-dimensional, two-dimensional and three-dimensional measurements (spaces) are given.

Mathematical Model of a Multi-Frequency Picorecondous Vibrational System with External Capacitive Mems Control
Authors:
Alya Danial, Alex Abdullah, Hani Ahmad
Abstract:Abstract:
Generated oscillations is one of the most important characteristics of piezoresonance oscillation systems, which are increasingly used both in telecommunication systems where they are traditionally used to form highly stable signals and their processing. Two control problems are present: the first is to ensure the invariance of the generation frequency with respect to the influence of destabilizing factors (minimization of controllability), which is typical for reference signal generators and quartz filters; the second is to provide a given control characteristic (quartz FM modulators). The controllability characteristics acquire a special significance in the case of multifrequency excitation of a quartz resonator, where, in most cases, there is a need to simultaneously solve two problems: ensuring invariance with respect to one frequency and forming the necessary control characteristic with respect to the other. The use of controlled piezoresonance oscillating systems with external capacitive microelectromechanical control (MEMS) for solving control problems in multifrequency generators is promising for today. An adequate mathematical model of a controlled piezoresonance oscillatory system with external capacitive microelectromechanical control is developed. Recommendations are formulated to optimize the characteristics of the generator control.

Authors:
Gul Besnik, Fatimah Quliyeva
Abstract:Abstract:
The known means for controlling the moisture content of grains using the method of high-frequency measurements of relative dielectric permittivity are not protected from the main perturbing factors (unstable dielectric losses, porosity and granulometric composition), therefore, have measurement errors which far exceed the declared values. The article describes an improved version of a dielectric moisture meter, which has a fairly good metrological characteristics due to the minimum number of structural elements, due to the use of the method of determining the capacitive component of the current of a sensitive element, which is located through the informative parameters of a measuring transducer consisting of successively connected exemplary and sensitive elements.

Abstract:Abstract:
The main provisions of the method of control of the component composition of gas technological environments are presented based on the developed theory of the emergence of material energy redundancy and its development in pursuit of the level of the environment. The theoretical necessity of introducing the progressive space as the main one in the presentation of the theory of the method is considered. The method of control allows describing the thermodynamic state of the object of regulation on the basis of the description of the whole complex of energy states of the interaction of its parameters in a single control system, which in turn allows controlling effect on the object of regulation within the specified accuracy.

Construction of a Wide-Circuit Antennas Based on A Double-Point Frame Radiator
Authors:
Marie Sefcik, Nikol Woyzeck, Jitka Rovnák
Abstract:
The work is aimed at increasing the efficiency of mobile short-wave radio systems, creating small-size broadband directional antennas for installation on mobile objects. The principle of constructing a wide-band antenna is proposed. The original radiator in the form of a loop antenna with arbitrary two-point excitation is investigated. A method for determining the input resistance is described. This method is based on the results of measurements of the input resistance of the same antenna for single-input excitation and various loads at its other input. For calculation and analysis of the input resistance of the frame radiator with two-point excitation, its representation is used in the form of two open frames, combined with each other. Simplified engineering relationships are obtained, which allow analyzing the input resistance of the frame radiator for arbitrary two-point excitation of its inputs. In these relations, variables characterizing the input impedances of the frame emitter in the case of a “short circuit” and “idling” of one of its inputs are used, which, in turn, can be easily determined experimentally. Using the experimental results, the following is revealed: when the quadrature excitation of the frame radiator is equal in amplitude at two opposite points, the level of the active component of the input resistance of the antenna increases; the limits of the change in the input impedance of the antenna are substantially reduced, which makes it possible to provide broadband matching of the antenna with its relatively small overall dimensions. This property of the frame radiator with two-point excitation allows us to formulate an assumption regarding the dependence of the input resistance (resistance of radiation) of a small-sized antenna also on the method of its excitation, and not only on the overall dimensions and geometric configuration of the radiator. Directions for further research in this area are optimizing the shape of the emitter, increasing the excitation points and choosing the optimal locations, investigating the directivity characteristics of such an antenna, and developing a wide-band antenna excitation device.

Increase of Information Transparency of Transmission
Authors:
Baard Pedersen, Abbelone Olsen, Eeva Nielsen
Abstract:
A method is proposed for secondary coding of a transmitted non-equally probable primary alphabet in order to ensure equiprobable transmission of a symbol in the channel with an accuracy of one percent. The number of different code combinations (“bank” of the code words of the symbol) is determined to ensure equiprobable transmission of codewords. To reduce the transmission time, the use of timer signals is suggested, the optimal length of the timer codeword is determined. It is shown that, with an increase in the implementation interval (m) for S = const, the number of possible signal structures grows. At the same time, the information capacity of one codeword grows. The information capacity of one niqvist element increases as m increases (up to m 5), and at m > 5 starts to decrease. For each “m” the information capacity increases with “S”. It is established that the choice of the parameter “S” is expediently limited by the value S = 8, since at S > 8 the probability of mistaken reception of one modulation moment increases, even in the “good” state of the channel. This is due to the fact that for S > 8 the value of the information capacity of one codeword increases, but the losses grow even faster due to an increase in the error probability.

Abstract:
This paper proposes a new technique of initialization of processes of blind separation of speech signals in the frequency domain that focuses on their application in reverberant environments. The developed method employs directional arrangements of microphones, resynthesizing the signals through sinusoidal oscillators and Wiener’s work. As a method of improving the initial solution obtained, the algorithm for exploring high-order statistical dependencies between frequency components was adopted. The results obtained with the proposed method are compared to those of other methods already consolidated in the literature. The experiments were conducted in several acoustic environments, both simulated and real, in which mixtures of voice signals were recorded by a set of microphones

Abstract:
An approach to solving the problem of filtering a signal in a very narrow frequency range is considered. Such a task can serve as a situation where the signal contains several components at close frequencies, and it is required to select one of them. It is proposed to use the Fourier-Chebyshev transform with a non-uniform scale, which can enhance instrumental characteristics, such as frequency resolution and accuracy of determining the frequencies of the signal spectrum without significant expenses for this task.

Abstract:tract:
Typical ways of controlling water level of a water object are presented. In the study of the consequences of reducing the level of surface water of a Lake, the regularity of modulation of the frequency of the internal fluctuations of the water basin by the function of depth was revealed. The method of direct measurement of water level, based on the solution of the inverse problem, is proposed. Also, a method for remote measurement of the level that uses the vibration analysis of the bottom of the seich origin is proposed. Remote measurement allows multi-channel monitoring using time, frequency and space densification of vibrations of the bottom of different reservoirs. It is advisable to remotely measure the water level of remote water objects, which information may be limited. In addition, it is proposed to use a certain pattern for other engineering tasks – seismic intelligence, increase of power generation of hydroelectric power stations, control of displacement in fragmentation of seismic faults.

Abstract:Abstract:
The analysis of Nano sized fractions formed during welding by test electrodes with improved sanitary-hygienic characteristics, namely, with reduced content of chromium (VI), was carried out. Evaluated the emission of nanoparticles into the air of the working zone and the chemical composition of nanosized fractions during welding with high-alloyed brands of research electrodes with a rutile type of coating (five grades) and different types of binding with reduced chromium content (VI). It has been established that welding with experimental electrodes is accompanied by a considerable emission into the air of the working zone of particles of the nanoparticle, which differs with the dynamics in time of the total concentration of nanoparticles, their fractional distribution and the content of nanosized metals. In the process of welding all the experimental electrodes in the air of the working zone, nanosized metals were found: chrome, manganese, zinc, iron, cobalt, copper, silicon. Experimental electrodes at welding showed a tendency to reduce the emission of air into the working zone of nanosized metals, in particular, chromium, which corresponds to a decrease in the content of this element in their composition.

Abstract:Abstract:
A technique is described for converting lines measured by a tape measure and a total station to a single scale. In an experimental study, the Inter Tool and the total station Trimble 3305 DR were used. The essence of the experiment was the multiple measurement of the same line by a tape measure and a total station and the subsequent calculation of the scale factor. The article presents the first part of measurements using roulette. The measurement results were subject to the determination of a constant error by the Abbe criterion and the correspondence to the normal distribution according to the Kolmogorov criterion.
Method of Measuring the Modulation Transmission Function of the Camera with Matrix Radiation Administration
Authors:
Luca Gábor, Bianka Szász, Viki Fülöp
Abstract:Abstract:
The purpose of the article is to improve the method of an inclined half-plane for measuring the modulation transfer function (MPF) of a digital camera. The method of the inclined half-plane consists of forming an image of the interface of the intensity difference, the direction of which is a small angle with the direction of the columns of the matrix receiver of radiation. Authors:
Claudia Nicolini, Daniele Zoppetti, Simone Pedersoli
Abstract:Abstract:
This article is an overview of methods for obtaining three-dimensional images with the help of optical microscopes in view of their large number. The methods of the shadow section of the profile, methods with spatial modulation of illumination, confocal and interference are considered. It is proposed to introduce a classification of methods. The principles of operation and schemes for constructing devices are considered. In view of the advantages of confocal and interference methods, the main disadvantage is the cost of the equipment, which in turn forces the upgrading of existing microscopes into microscopes to produce three-dimensional images by minor modifications or an additional portable module.

A High-Quality Method of Locomunication Networks of Next Generation
Authors:
Sim Dang, Song Dae, Weon Do
Abstract:
The article analyzes the quality of service of users of telecommunication networks of the next generation. The model of the system of mass service with the priorities is considered. The normalized waiting time of an IP packet in the queue for servicing the network device is determined, depending on the priority and the intensity of the incoming stream. For packages of each priority class, the critical value of the specific load on the interface of the network device is determined. Depending on the parameters of the telecommunication network or its area, the provider can determine the number of priority user classes, as well as the share of traffic for each class. This will enable you to provide guaranteed service quality indicators for each priority class.

Linguistic Parameters Used for the Automatic Generation of Prosody in Speech Synthesis Systems
Authors:
Doroteja Karišik, Grigor Radosavljević, Ivan Maksić
Abstract:
This paper proposes an automatic syllable classifier for application in speech synthesis systems. Through this syllabic classifier, we automatically obtain the classification and division of the syllables of any word in the lexicon. We also present the rules for the identification of clitic groups necessary for the establishment of prosody of synthesized speech, since this type of prosodic constituent forces the resilabination of internal words to these groups. The use of syllabic contexts and clitic groups in the choice of the best target unit shows, in informal listening tests, a sensible improvement in the naturality of the synthesized speech.

Abstract:
This article investigates new strategies for the treatment of vowel alternation spoken for application in text-to-speech conversion systems. We have sought to solve this problem by relying on an adequate identification of grammatical classes, such as verbs and names. We discuss the different phases necessary to design a morphosyntactic parser, as well as the main techniques for generating vowel alternation in general situations and in other very restricted ones. The results of the tests showed that the rules of alternation of vowel sounds, proposed in this article, solve most of the problems concerning the differences between names and verbs.

Abstract:Abstract:
The questions of parallel organization of modeling processes of dynamic problems of large dimension, which are described by systems of ordinary differential equations, are considered. Allowance for the sparseness of the coefficient matrices makes it possible to significantly reduce the complexity of the numerical realization of dynamic models, since each step of integrating such problems, as usual, reduces to performing matrix or matrix-vector operations, the optimal realization of which determines the possibility of obtaining an efficient solution using parallel computers. Particular attention is paid to the methods of compact arrangement of matrix elements in memory, performance of matrix operations, and also distribution of resources of multiprocessor systems when working with sparse matrices.

Authors:

Abstract:Abstract:
In stationary conditions, the measurement of AP in synchronous manner with three methods that were implemented in one measuring system, the accuracy of the results is approximately the same. However, taking into account the peculiarities of the formation of signals, which are used to evaluate the parameters of systolic and diastolic pressure, it can be argued that the results of the oscillometric method with the reference channel under the non-stationary conditions (presence of motor artifacts, cases of unexpected tone) will be more accurate and reliable. Therefore, further research is being carried out on the measurement of APs synchronously with different methods in the presence of motor artifacts, as well as comparison with measurement methods without a cuff. The paper presents the system of noise-proof measurement of arterial pressure by tachoscillographic and oscillometric methods. The results of experimental studies of the accuracy of measurements of blood pressure parameters by this system are presented.

Abstract:
The features of stabilization of pressure of compression of a stator core of a powerful turbogenerator with the use of power accumulator units, which are installed on clamped prisms of the core, are considered. It is shown that control of the process of stabilizing the pressure can be carried out by measuring the course of the container springs in the power accumulator. The use of hybrid optoelectronic meters to control the flow of springs is substantiated. The measuring equipment includes a capacitive sensor, a secondary digital converter with digital output, an optoelectronic information signal transducer, and a processing unit for recording and measuring information. A model optoelectronic transducer of information signals is developed and manufactured. The principle of operation and algorithm of the converter operation are described. At the current model of the converter, experimental studies have been carried out, which confirmed its main technical characteristics. The maximum data transmission distance using the converter is 30 meters. The current consumption of the converter in the continuous mode of transmission and data was up to 600 mA at a voltage of 5 V. The developed optoelectronic information signal converter can be used as an integral part of hybrid optoelectronic measurements of physical quantities with capacitive primary measuring transducers.

Technological Features of Circulation Water Cleaning in Cold Water Supply Systems
Authors:
Ramya Rana, Isha Raman, Ananya Subram
Abstract:
In the article local systems of circulating water supply are considered from the point of view of rational use of clean water and removal of contaminants. The problem of optimization is to reconcile the efficiency of all elements of the system both in the accumulation of contaminants in the reversible cycle, as well as in their removal in the treatment devices. To ensure the nonprofit operation of the system, it is necessary that the accumulation rate of the individual components of the contamination in the cycle is compensated by an adequate speed of cleaning of the circulating water. The use of circulating water supply systems in the unproductive mode leads to an increase in the concentration of pollution, the balance of which should be ensured by special measures and differentiated cleaning devices.

Abstract:
The article theoretically reveals the influence of the dimensions of the elements of the cutting macrorelief of the working surface of the discontinuous grinding wheel on the heat stress of the grinding process and on the appearance of shock and parametric resonances in the elastic system of the machine. It has been experimentally established that an increase in the number of cutting protrusions on a discontinuous grinding wheel has a beneficial effect on the process of self-shaping of its cutting microrelief, i.e. on the process of self-sharpening of cutting grains. Recommendations are formulated on the choice of geometric parameters of the cutting macrorelief of the working surface of a discontinuous abrasive tool that provide the required geometric and physicomechanical parameters of the quality of the surfaces to be treated of critical machine parts.

The present work has the objective of conducting a the problem of separating sources blindly. In a first part, it is considered the classical case in which the mixer system is linear in nature. In the sequence, the extension to the nonlinear case is treated. In particular, we emphasize an important class of nonlinear models, the models with post nonlinearity (PNL). In order to circumvent a convergence-related difficulty for local minimums in the training of PNL separator systems, a new technique is proposed. This solution employs an evolutionary approach in the training stage and. The efficiency of the proposed algorithm is verified through simulations in different scenarios.

Abstract:Abstract:
A comparative analysis of two shadow methods for obtaining a surface profile in an optical microscope is performed. The first method is classical; it is implemented in a double Linnik microscope. The second method is proposed by the authors, it is based on the use of a shadow from a bright source without the use of an optical system. The paper describes a new method, a scheme for its implementation in the form of a module for an optical microscope, a module for a shadow method, and the results of an experimental study of two methods. It is proved that the proposed shadow method has advantages: for equal errors in measuring the height of the profile, it has a larger range of measurements and a substantially lower cost.

New Shadow Method of Obtaining the Surface Profile in Optical Microscopy
Authors:
Luisa/Louisa Maier, Johanna Köhler, Emilie Herrmann

Abstract:
Investigations of the reaction of ozonation of iodidones in mineralized waters in the presence of bromine ions, iron, the regularities of changing the degree of iodine formation from acidity, mineralization of water, changes in the concentration of these ions, the time of ozonation, and the molecular ion ratio of reagents. In particular, with an increase in the time of ozonation, the degree of formation of ozone initially increases, reaches the maximum value under these conditions, and then decreases. Such patterns are observed with decreasing the acidity of the medium, changes in the concentrations of iodine ions, and an increase in the molecular ion ratio. It was established that with the increase of the contact surface between phases the degree of iodine formation increases, indicating mass transfer as a limiting step of the ozonation process. On the basis of experimentally found changes in the concentrations of the reagent, the rate of the ozonation reaction is estimated. The obtained research results can be used to create a more environmentally friendly technology for the extraction of iodine from the accompanying flood waters.

General Electric Color with the Fitness of Physical Function of Hypervalent Interaction
Authors:
Yu Dongbang, Yun Du, Han Ryu
Abstract:
The paper presents solutions to a number of important scientific problems, each of which has not only a special technical but also a natural phenomenon. First of all, the physical phenomenon of a hypervalent interaction, which arises or may arise between structural links in physical and technical dynamical systems with lumped parameters during their continuum motion in phase space, is revealed and described. At the same time, in the topological space of such dynamic systems, the notion of a typical elementary link is introduced as the smallest and structurally indivisible particle. Their set forms one of the sets of this space, and the plurality of subsets of this set, which determines the topological structure on it, complements the pair during its formation. On the basis of such structural units and their inter-valence interaction, two basic outline provisions are introduced into the theory – the principle of the typical elementary units and the principle of their hyper-connectivity. The first determines the rule of division and construction of dynamic systems, and the second – the formation of a topological structure in the event of a subsequent generalization of such objects. The last circumstance allowed to form a generalized structural scheme of a dynamic system, regardless of its physical origin and purpose. The above remains valid for both physical and technical systems of homogeneous or mixed physical nature of their typical elementary units. The aforementioned theoretical foundations are used during the study of one of the classes of electrical systems – electric circuits. This allowed us to introduce and formulate the notion of a generalized electric circuit as an abstract object, which deductively covers all other classes of electric circles. On the basis of the mathematical analysis of the structure of the Lagrange Maxwell equations and taking into account the phenomenon of the hyper-valence interaction, differential equations of the motion of a generalized electric circuit in the first and second systems of generalized electric coordinates were obtained, and its generalized structural and electrical schemes were constructed. Among the known basic elements presented here is the highest level of generalization and allow formalizing the process of mathematical and physical identification of the above-mentioned dynamic systems in the event of their arbitrary physical nature.

Model of Optimum Control of Quality of Technological Operation Implementation on the Basis of Operational Data from the Technical System of Operational Monitoring the State of Agricultural Earth
Authors:
Jan Jakubiec, Martyna Bakowski, Ania Lazowski
Abstract:
Modern information of operational observing the condition of agrarian lands provide an opportunity to provide the appropriate quality control of the implementation of technological operations using modern information technology mechatronic and robotic control systems associated with quality control processors for technological operations, which in the current context of their development have been called “smart” or Smart machines (smart machinery). Such “smart” machines with operational monitoring sensors will become agricultural land at all stages of production of agricultural crop production: basic cultivation, sowing (planting), at the stage of crop maintenance during the growing season and harvesting. “Intelligent” machines “adapt” to the agrobiological state of the soil environment based on information from sensors on the agrobiological state of the soil environment. An important task of operational monitoring of agricultural lands is the so-called “management units” of territorial units with similar parameters of spatial heterogeneity, where similar crop cultivation technologies should be used. These technologies are the basis of the decisionmaking systems decision making system, which allows for the adoption of effective operational decisions based on operational data on the agrobiological state of the soil environment. In this sense, the development and use of a fundamentally new class of agricultural machines – technical systems of operational monitoring of the variability of the agrobiological state of the soil environment of agricultural lands becomes relevant. A model of optimal quality management of a technological operation based on operational data from a technical system of operational observing of the situation of agrarian lands depending on the agrobiological situation of agricultural lands is formulated. This model provides an opportunity to ensure the proper efficiency and quality of the implementation of technological operations in agricultural production.

Abstract:
The paper proposes a theoretical method that calculates the repulpatory apparatuses for washing dispersed tools. Optimization of mass-exchange and kinetic parameters of each stage of the cascade will significantly improve the purity of the product and reduce energy and water consumption. A detailed analysis of the kinetics of washing in conditions of differentiated intensity of mass return was based on the rational distribution of the time of stay (contact) of the interacting flows at the stages of the cascade. Multistage rinsing with differentiated flow rates is an effective water and energy saving system. A typical example of this process concerns the purification of raw resources. The cascading method presented in this paper uses the equations of material stability and kinetics of the process with inequality of productivity coefficients of each level of washing.

Basic Approaches and Features of the Tuman Computers Use
Authors:

Abstract:
The basic approaches that are used in the construction of modern cloud services are considered. It is shown that cloud services are characterized by mobility, lower aggregate financial costs of organizing data center infrastructure, wide opportunities for automation of network resources and flexibility in working with projects in the context of reorganization of the system. The analysis of advantages, drawbacks and actual areas of application of private, public and hybrid cloud services is carried out. Also, the work outlines features of the use of basic cloud service delivery models: the HaaS model, the infrastructure model (IaaS), the PaaS platform model, and the SaaS software delivery model. The efficiency of measures to support the reliability of the cloud service service is considered, including the provision of the work of servers of the service infrastructure in real time and reliable data storage on the servers. To this end, an algorithm for loading the infrastructure of cloud service during active work with subscribers is constructed and the advantages of using the circuit of balancing hardware resources of the network are shown. In order to ensure reliable data storage in the event of an emergency, it is proposed to use a code that corrects errors; also, the advantages of encoding over simple duplication are calculated, as a function that determines the relationship between the number of additional servers in both cases. The analysis of parameters characterizing the efficiency of services of this type and evolution of cloud computing tendencies is carried out. The advantages and disadvantages of using foggy and rosy computations as a stage of cloud computing development are determined. It is shown that fuzzy calculations can increase the mobility of cloud computing, but within the framework of this approach, the user’s dependence on the reliability of Internet communication remains. The methodology of rosaceous computing is shown as the application in the cloud service architecture of the function of storing “hot” data on the drives located in the user’s internal network and operating in the mode of the FTP servers of the hybrid cloud from the division of resources into public (community servers) and private, and also with the anonymization of hardware resources. The analysis showed that foggy and depressed services are similar to cloud services, but in this case aspects of network infrastructure security, confidentiality of data, anonymity of resources and instantaneous service elasticity are of greater importance.

Method of Displaying Voice Signals in the Task of Recognizing the Speaker

Qendrim Pocoli, Ledina Mishaxhi, Kaltrina Idrizi
Abstract:Abstract:
Most cognitive services use speech signals as a source of information, namely: recognition of emotions, speech and identification of the speaker. An actual problem is the creation of a general approach to the reflection of speech signals, devoid of the shortcomings of existing methods of classification in the problem of recognizing the speaker. A new approach to the reflection of linguistic signals as vectors of attributes distributed in time is proposed with the use of a recurrent neural network. To search for an alternative function of displaying the signs of a speech signal, a recurrent neural network consisting of a chain of bi-directional long short-term memories is used in the work. The Euclidean distance is used to simplify the process of equalizing the samples of speech signals. To adjust the weights of the recurrent neural network, the triplet loss approach is used, which is successfully used for face recognition. It has been shown experimentally that using the proposed approach allowed reducing the speaker EER recognition error by 7.5% in comparison with the modern i-vector approach with the dimensionality of the mapping vectors 16 and 100, respectively, for speech signals with a duration of 2 s.

Abstract:Abstract:
One of the fastest and most reliable object detectors is the Haar Detector. However, this type of detector in the case of its use for detecting car numbers does not distinguish the exact boundaries of the number. The exact allocation of borders is necessary for further character recognition. Existing algorithms of normalization in many cases cannot cope with the task of precisely allocating the limits of the car number, which reduces the likelihood of correct identification of the number. This paper describes a method for normalizing the image of an automobile number after it was detected by the Haar detector for further character recognition of the number.

Abstract:
The task of the synthesis of automatic control systems (ACS) is one of the most complex tasks of designing systems. Such problem is actual for automatic control systems of steam turbines of power units of nuclear power plants. The K-1000-60 / 1500 Steam Turbine presents a series of most powerful domestic steam turbines with a nominal capacity of 1000 MW and a frequency of 25 Hz, which are successfully operated on many other ACSs. Efficiency and trouble-free operation of steam turbines largely depends on the quality of their control systems. The most important task of controlling the steam turbine K-1000-60 / 1500 of the NPP unit is the task of stabilizing the rotor rotation frequency, which is performed by the system of automatic frequency control (AFC). To ensure the safe operation of the turbine after the perturbing effects of the AFC, the frequency deviation from its nominal value in the dynamic modes should be limited to the specified limits, and after the interruption of the effects it should quickly and smoothly return to zero. The article is devoted to the development of a mathematical model of steam turbine as a management model.

approach of extending the dynamic range of analog-to-digital converters (ADCs)
of high-frequency signals based on the additional noise-like input signal of
the ADC. It is proved that this method is characterized by high efficiency at
high values of the nonlinearity of the characteristics of the transformation of
the ADC.

Abstract:
The article presents the results of the analysis of
literary sources devoted to the use of integral functional electronics as an
element base of modern high-tech medical devices for family and home medicine.
Direct analysis of specific circuit design decisions is preceded by the
characteristic of the biosignals to be processed. The diagram and description
of digital tonometer, which is executed on the basis of one of the most
advanced technologies of blood pressure measurement – Intellisense, provides
constant monitoring of blood pressure in the process of measurement. The
digital stethoscope provides listening to the noises of the internal organs: lungs,
bronchi, heart, vessels and has wide functional capabilities, which ensures its
full use in medical practice. The structure of the patient’s monitor (bedside
monitor) and in detail – the pulse oximeter, which is one of its main blocks,
is considered, and at the same time, it has found wide application in home and
family medicine as a separate, functionally completed device. Much attention is
paid to the description and functional assignment of analog interfaces,
measuring amplifiers, and other circuitry solutions, among which the leading
position is occupied by the development of the company Analog Devices.
Attention developers deserve recommendations on the use of capacitive sensors
and the choice of controllers for them. Brief description of chipset for mobile

Abstract:Abstract:
Methods of recording
biopotential, generating brain, heart or muscle, have two main aspects of
application: medical and research. Medical diagnostics in the conditions of a
hospital is most often based on such methods of non-invasive studies, which use
cumbersome and costly equipment. At the same time, the actual problem is the
autonomous control and current monitoring of the human condition, both for the
purpose of timely detection of critical states, and for determining the reactions
to those or other influences. The work is devoted to solving the problem of
creating a research complex that includes a device for the preliminary

Abstract:Abstract:
In this article, questions of dynamic analysis of the
executive link of the machine system are considered. The calculation scheme is
analyzed, consists of a spatial system suspended in space on flexible elements.
A mathematical description of the harmonic oscillator is obtained, which is the
executive link of the mobile machine. A simulation model was created in the
Simulink computer environment to study the dynamics of the loaded executive
link of a mobile machine. The model’s response to forced harmonic oscillations
is obtained, which has a quasi-random character, with sinusoidal action. The
result obtained allows us to assume that oscillations with a wide frequency and
amplitude spectrum that can cause resonance of the elements of the
technological system over a wide range of frequencies arise in the operating
unit of the mobile machine.

Abstract:Abstract:
The proposed new methods for grinding both shaped and
stepped surfaces of rotation with a cup-shaped abrasive tool tipped onto the
cone are considered. The methods make it possible to increase the productivity
and quality of the treated surfaces by rationally loading the working surface
of the circle along the contact patch. The increase in efficiency can be
achieved by controlling the distance between the axes, choosing the angle of
straightening of the butt. This allows you to increase the size of the contact
and the possible feed per line. The improvement in quality is due to the
release of the protected base form-forming point and the appearance of a
roughness in the form of a grid. New methods have better dynamics and allow
saving energy due to less time of machining and using of a smaller overall
machine.

Abstract
The statistical significance of the gain modulus
logarithm in CELP encoders is similar to the normal distribution. The values of

of the Model and Performed Periodical Signals in the Problem of Searching the

Authors:
Mathilde
Dembélé, Marine Desjardins, Emma Després, Pauline Delvincourt
Abstract:
The article considers the choice of the measure of the
difference in the results of filtering the distorted discrete quantized
periodic signals in the problem of searching for optimal values of the
parameter of the digital low-pass filter “simple moving average”,
represented in a non-recursive form. To compare the processed signals, the
measures of difference were chosen-the root-mean-square error, the root of the
root-mean-square error, and the mean absolute error. To execute the
experiments, a software library was created to generate periodic discrete
quantized signals, their distortion by means of fluctuation noise (noise) with
normal distribution, and subsequent filtering of the distorted signals. A
series of experiments was performed to generate distorted periodic signals with
different noise levels, and the values of the difference measures for the
filtered signals with different values of the digital filter parameter were
found. As a result of the comparison, a measure is chosen which is
characterized by high visibility of the optimum values of the digital filter
parameter at high noise levels.

Abstract:Abstract:
In this paper, the study of the influence of the
802.11n WiFi network environment conditions under interference, such as the
combined channel, and the presence of a neighboring channel for a non-licensed
2.4 GHz frequency band has been conducted. First of all, an analysis of wave
propagation characteristics in the specified range was performed, and it has
been found that there are currently many networks and devices that interfere
with the wireless channel, which greatly impairs the effective transmission
speed. An analysis of the conditions for the emergence of interference noise,
as a negative factor in the transmission of information. This made it possible
to determine the optimal conditions for research and to offer a network
structure. After conducting experimental researches, it was established that
the network operation in combined and adjacent channels significantly reduces
the effective transmission rate of information, while leaving the network
operational, but with a considerably low bandwidth. In addition, the high level
of power of the main petal spectrum from the interference network brings
significant obstacles to the transmission channel, while increasing the delays,
creating collisions and the appearance of a large number of errors in the
packets.

Abstract:
The method of increasing the speed of temperature
measurement by using two thermo-resistors with preheating and subsequent
averaging of their signals is proposed. The heating of the thermistors is
carried out by alternating current of high frequency, which allows controlling
the resistance of the thermistor during the heating. To select a constant
voltage component on the thermistor, which is proportional to the resistance
value of the thermistor, and therefore the measured temperature, a low pass
filter is used. The developed temperature meter provides a measurement accuracy
of 0.1 ° C at a measurement time t = 2τ, where τ is the time constant of the
thermistor. The device can be used to measure temperature at two different
points, as well as to measure their difference.

Microprocessor Implementation of the

Asynchronous Electric Driver
Authors:
Klaudia
Ignasiak, Anna Gajdos, Magdalena Filak
Abstract:
Reliability of the electric drive is of paramount
importance both in industry, in agriculture and in electric transport. And the
basis for modern automated energy-efficient production is a frequency
controlled asynchronous electric drive, which is used in those mechanisms where
adjustment of coordinates of speed, position and moment in a wide range is
necessary. Due to smaller mass-overall dimensions and high energy efficiency,
compared to other types of electric drive, frequency-driven asynchronous
electric drives are gaining in popularity, and their applications are becoming
more and more widespread. Considering that the failure of a frequency
controlled asynchronous electric drive in general or its components can lead to
damage to production equipment, stopping of production, resulting in
significant material damage, and may endanger the life or health of the work
personnel or passengers, in the case of electric transport, the creation of
devices that allow the diagnosis of a frequency-controlled asynchronous
electric drive or their components is relevant. In the work microprocessor
implementation of a means for wavelet diagnostics of the brake circle of the
frequency-tested asynchronous electric drive is proposed. The algorithm of
functioning of the diagnostic tool, and its hardware part, is necessary for
construction of the diagnostic system.

Zimonjić, Ana Ćorović, Anja Šaranović
Abstract:
An integral part of the modern diagnostic and
treatment process in any medical institution is a complex stationary electronic
medical equipment and equipment. A particularly topical issue for massive
stationary equipment (tomographs, X-ray machines, life support systems, monitor
systems, ultrasonic diagnostics devices, lithotripters, KVF equipment, etc.)
that consumes more power, or in the network of which a significant current
flows, is the mechanical weakening of current-conducting elements in system of
power supply of medical equipment. It was proved that the attenuation of a
current-carrying compound leads to a decrease in its heating constant τ, and
the value of the constant heating determines the time of establishment of the
thermal regime of current-carrying joints. According to the experimental data
obtained in the work, graphical dependences of the change in the temperature of
current-carrying compounds in electromedical equipment are plotted against
time, which confirm the theoretical conclusions.

Efficiency of Extraction of Ions of
Heavy Metals from Diluted Solutions by Ion Exchange Method
Authors:

Forslund, Jesper Granath, Malin Renberg
Abstract:Abstract:
The processes of ion-exchange extraction of heavy
metal ions on weakly and strongly acidic cationites have been studied. At
concentrations of copper ions below 0.1 μg / dm3, their sorption does not occur
on weakly acidic cation exchangers and at concentrations of 1 μg / dm3 on the
strongly acidic cation exchange KU-2-8. At a copper concentration of 10-2 μg /
dm3, copper is not sorbed when using mixed-action filters. Almost complete
recovery of lead is obtained on strongly and slightly acidic cation exchangers,
regardless of the concentrations of the initial solutions. When removing lead
ions, the recovery rate increases. When using a 2M solution of hydrochloric
acid, the desorption efficiency of lead ions reaches 100%. The degree of
desorption of copper ions reaches about 90%.

Abstract:Abstract:
To develop practical recommendations on the
consumption of products for enteral nutrition and the rationale for optimal
storage conditions, it is advisable to investigate the indices of their
solubility. It has been established that the particles of the components that
make up the products are compactly placed relative to each other, which reduces
the need for packaging during their transportation and storage. The rational
parameters of the dissolution of products for enteral nutrition have been
established: the temperature is 15-60 ° C for reconstitution of prepared
drinking water in the ratio of product to water 1: 4. In the future, it is
actual to conduct physico-chemical, structural and mechanical studies of the
quality of products for enteral nutrition in ready-to-eat form.

Interconversion of Electron Centers in

Authors:
Ju

Abstract:Abstract:
The experimental and theoretical investigations of the
kinematics of the FFT-photo transformation in KCl + 1 mol% LiCl crystals in the
charge have been carried out. It is shown that the mechanism of transformation
of F centers into FA centers consists in the fact that when irradiated by
crystals with light, the F centers move to an excited state and give electrons
to the conduction band as a result of the electron-phonon interaction. During
the lifetime of electrons in the conduction band, free halo vacancies due to
diffusion are stabilized by impurity ions. Then, by attaching electrons,
stabilized halide vacancies are converted into FA centers. It has been shown
that in X-ray irradiated (γ-rays) crystals of adjacent halogen openings; the
tunneling of electrons of excited F centers is only partially. It is proposed
to use a tunneling effect to record information with a focused beam from a
quantum light generator. You can delete the recorded information with a
non-focused beam of light.

The article considers and
analyzes the mathematical model of the propagation of radio waves in conditions
of limited space, which is characteristic of the underground part of the coal
mining enterprise. This mathematical model is based on the use of the
parameters of the side walls, ceiling and the floor of the coal production,
which allows for the consideration of three types of losses: loss of
refraction, loss due to diffusion and loss due to different angle of the wall.
On the basis of the developed mathematical model, the simulation of the

New Approaches to Increasing the
Accuracy and Speed of Measurements
Authors:
Rachel
Clark, Shannon Parker, Jess Rodriguez
Abstract:
The historiography of the main nodal moments of
creation, formation and perspective development of the theory of
phase-frequency measurements and transformations of radio signals (FHV and PR)
is considered. New features of the decision of the principle limitation of
measuring technique (classical), which consists in the fundamental
contradiction, the impossibility of simultaneous increase and accuracy and
speed of measuring transformations, are established. On the basis of the
proposed adequate radio signal signals, it was possible to prove and
practically realize frequency meters with a difference of 1 Hz in the time of
measurement less than 1 millisecond, for signals with frequencies above 1 MHz,
which is 1001000 times better than existing meters of leading manufacturers. A
generalized table of the main directions of the application of the theory of
FWB and PR is developed and presented. It is shown how the introduction of new
approaches led to a generalized theory of quantum measurement transformations, which
are possible not only for phase-frequency, but also amplitude parameters, with
the principal definition of a key approach based on the method of coincidence.
The main types of scientific and technical developments, as well as the
creation of fundamentally new approaches, which allowed simultaneously
increasing the accuracy and speed of measurements.

Authors:
Patryk
Balcerzak, Wojtek Korzeniewski, Kuba Dembowski
Abstract:
This article discusses the solution of the
metrological task of super-redundant measurements of the resistance of
resistors and resistive sensors in terms of obtaining not one, but a number of
basic equations of redundant measurements in practical use, commutation or
search of all the variants of connections of three resistors – Rx, R01 and R02,
and their parallel connection to the input resistor Rin the measuring channel.
If in message 1 it was shown the possibility of determining the parameters of
the measurement channel transformation function, its input resistance, the
actual values of the resistors normalized in resistance, the error in
computational data processing, then the message focuses on determining the set
of real numbers of the sought physical quantity. This metrological task is
solved with a linear transformation function of the measuring channel. The
essence of the method of super-redundant measurements and its mathematical
models are described taking into account the influence of the input resistance
of the measuring channel on the final result of measurements. The corresponding
equations of excess measurements of the required physical quantity and the
technical solution of the resistance meter, realizing the method of super-redundant
measurements, are given. The work is of interest for specialists and scientists
interested in super-redundant measurements of quantities of different physical
nature.

The paper deals with the problems of kinematic
synthesis of lever mechanisms with the stopping of the initial link on the
basis of a two-crank hinged quadrilateral mechanism. For the synthesis of the
basic rectilinear mechanism, the theoretical positions of the kinematic
geometry of the four infinitely close positions of the flat figure (the
connecting plane) are used. The limits of the existence of mechanisms that
allow them to be synthesized according to the given length and precision of the
stopping of the initial link are determined taking into account many additional
requirements, namely: according to the position of the connecting point, which
determines the overall dimensions of the mechanism, the value of the maximum

angle of the crank that corresponds to the start of the stop of the initial

Converters of the Radio Signals and the Perspectives of Their Use

Abstract:
The project is aimed at addressing an important
application that acted acutely within the framework of the ATO, as well as
providing protection against unauthorized attacks on information on the
territory, through the use of unmanned intelligence systems. The indicated
means use two defining principles – radio control, and the transmission of
television information by radio channels. The existing fleet of unmanned flying
and mobile vehicles uses both classical and modern radio data transmission
equipment using noise immunity (FFSS, ADT, GSM, CDMA, etc.). Therefore, the
classical well-known means of Radio-electronic struggle (REB), which are at the
present level, are not capable of ensuring the fulfillment of two principles
and tasks: – suppression (failure in the management of the trajectory of
motion), and most importantly, blocking the transmission of tele-information in
real time, precisely for signal-code design of signals, use of orthogonal
processing and secrecy of transmission on random channels of “broadband
noise-like” communication channels. It is proposed to develop and order
the production of the newest REB based on the use of the original principles of
the phase-frequency theory of measurement and transformation of radio signals.
A description of the new technology for constructing a DAC-ADC and a
programmable conversion characteristic are described. The possibilities of a
new approach in the construction of real measuring and generating systems are
shown. At the heart of the new type of transformation is the use of the
Attenuator-divider. Another area of application of the KTV is the creation of
high-speed and high-speed frequency meters based on the method of coinidence.
Practical tests are given and the real advantages of the method are shown. In

A New Approach to Measuring the
Different Phase of Discrete Signals
Authors:

Abstract:
The possibility of applying numerical methods and
mathematical apparatus for measuring phase differences of continuous periodic
signals of complex form and approximated discrete signals is considered. The
use of curvilinear approximation and properties of the angle of tangent to
approximating polynomials is proposed to determine the difference between the
phases of continuous functions of any order. The possibility of studying the
immittance properties of systems in which the Kotelnikov theorem is performed
is considered. The logical block scheme for the implementation of the proposed
method is given.

Efficiency on the Transmission of Information in Networks of The Standard Wi-Fi
Authors:
Moritz
Schwarz,, Anton Zimmermann, Mia Braun
Abstract:Abstract:
In this paper, the effect of the Doppler frequency
shift effect on the main quality criterion of the transmission channel for
802.11 Wi-Fi wireless networks has been studied. First of all, an analysis of
wave propagation characteristics in the 2.4 GHz band has been carried out, and
it has been established that the Doppler Effect depends on the characteristics
of the carrier frequency of the signal and the speed of the receiving
equipment. Therefore, any transmission systems with OFDM modulation are
sensitive to displacements in space. The Doppler frequency offset analysis, as
a negative factor in the transmission of information, and for methods that
allow the use of this phenomenon to detect objects and their position in space,
is performed. This made it possible to determine the optimal conditions for
research and to offer a network structure. After conducting experimental
studies, it was discovered that any movement of transceivers of 802.11
standards in space has a significant effect on the effective rate of
transmission of information in the channel. The greatest change in the efficiency
criterion begins at a speed of 1 m / s or more.

Abstract:Abstract:
The potential-flow theory is a well-established
theory. However, this theory fails to predict drag due to the assumption of
inviscid flow known as the “D’Alembert’s paradox”. Existing models treat
special cases of inviscid or incompressible flows. Therefore, we propose an
alternative potential-flow model derived from the conservation laws of fluid
mechanics. We consider a high speed laminar, isentropic and irrotational steady
flow of a real, Newtonian, and non-heating fluid over thin airfoils in a 2D
curvilinear coordinate system. The developed model, using asymptotic &
perturbation methods, is a singular perturbation equation that takes into
consideration both compressibility and viscous effects.

Abstract:Abstract:
This paper presents further verification of the
on-going research for the development of low-speed airfoil optimization
methodology. The objective is to generate optimized and efficient airfoil
designs from the existing low Reynolds number airfoils that can be used for
Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) applications. The optimization methodology
presented in authors’ previous study [1] is further implemented on a different
low Renolds number airfoil i.e. S1223. The study uses the two-software (XFOIL
and modeFRONTIER) integration methodology proposed in [1]. The proposed
optimization methodology is accurate, fast, robust, automatic, and applicable
for a wide range of low-speed airfoils with high lift and long endurance
characteristics, especially for the UAV applications. The optimization and CFD
analysis demonstrated improved aerodynamic characteristics in the newly
generated optimized airfoil compared to the original airfoil. The new airfoil
generated from the proposed optimization method can be especially useful in UAV
applications, which require long-endurance, high lift, and preferably lower
weights. Wind tunnel testing of the newly generated optimized airfoil is
planned in the future as part of the final verifications for the UAV design.

Development of N-Direct Discrete

Authors:
Melike Kocak, Busra Younan, Ezgi Taşçı
Abstract:
For the first time on the
basis of bidirectional associative memory, the architecture and algorithms for
the operation of the non-directional discrete neural network associative memory
are proposed. The new memory can be restored by the input vector applied to any
of its input layers of the neurons, a set of N images that are associative to
the input information. This becomes possible due to the fact that the
architecture of the classical two-directional associative memory, which
consists of two sensory layers of elements whose neurons are interconnected by
pairs of weighted bi-directional connections with the corresponding weight
coefficients, is rebuilt by introducing into its structure additional (N -1)
sensory layers of neurons associated with the first layer of sensory elements
in pairs of bidirectional weighted bonds with corresponding weight
coefficients.

Mathematical Modeling of Mechanical
Properties of Compositional Materials in Dispatch of Succession
Authors:
Anna Majid, Muhammad Yusof, Afiq Faisal
Abstract:Abstract:
Composite materials are
widely used in aircraft engineering, providing high strength, rigid, fatigue
and weight characteristics. The purpose of this work is the mathematical
modeling of the influence of constructive and technological factors on the
manufacture of products made of composite materials on their mechanical
properties in the event of violation of continuity during pulsed loads. The
paper uses an extended concept of the orthogonality of the resulting model: an
experiment plan, a model structure and structural elements of an orthogonal
model. For the experiment, a regular plan was chosen 23 × 43 // 32. The
influence of 6 factors on the strength and modulus of elasticity of composite materials
was modeled. The obtained models are stable, adequate and informative. The use
of the concept of experiment planning in modeling the mechanical properties of
composite materials fully confirmed the high efficiency of this methodological
approach and allowed to construct mathematical models suitable for practical
application. The obtained models allow conducting an exhaustive analysis of the
influence of the investigated factors on the simulated functions, optimizing
the values of factors by the accepted criterion, predicting properties and
solving other problems.

CELP Encoder with Vector Quantization
Employing Quick Search
Authors:
Liam Garcia, William Turner, Luke Martinez
Abstract:
CELP (“Code-Excited
Linear Predictive”) encoders are based on the vectorial quantization (QV)
of the excitation. The use of QV allows to achieve good performance in terms of
bit rate and voice quality. By incorporating QV also to the encoding of the LPC
filter parameters, we can further reduce the bit rate of the CELP encoders.
However, the computational complexity involved tends to be very large. In this
work, we present the results obtained in a CELP coder using the QV applied to
the LPC filter. Using a conservative tree search technique we obtained a
reduction of up to 95% in the complexity for the quantization of LPC filter
parameters.

with simultaneously determined gain factors, replacing the excitation of the

objective and subjective measures, the possibility of obtaining voice

Analysis of the Mathematical Model of
Erytrocyt in a Temporary T-Matrix Theory
Authors:
Felix Hoffmann, Luca Schäfer, Maximilian Koch
Abstract:
Mathematical modeling is the
most common method of research in science, and mathematical models themselves
adequately reflect and describe a research object, process or phenomenon
adequately. An important characteristic of the desired mathematical model is
its versatility when applied. The development of techniques, algorithms,
software and technical means for the analysis of the condition of blood cells –
erythrocytes on the basis of modern optoelectronic and laser technologies – ensure
high efficiency, accuracy and non-investability of research. However, for the
correct formulation of the scattering problem, one must take into account the
intensity and polarization of radiation, which is achieved by the introduction
of the Stokes vector parameter and the scattering light matrix. The optical
characteristics of the erythrocyte model were determined: scattering
coefficient, depending on particle size and refractive index, for developing
and analyzing the erythrocyte mathematical model based on the Stokes vector
parameter and the light scattering matrix.

A New Method of Recognition of a Mobile
Object with Three-Coordinated Seismic Receiving of the Signalizing Means of
Protection
Authors:
Aryan Chander, Raj Nara, Arjun Rai
Abstract:
Signaling seismic technical
means of border guarding (TMBG), based on one or more seismic receivers (SR) or
seismic sensors, which is a component of a seismic position guarding device,
may be considered as potential means for the protection of a temporary position
of observation. To protect a temporary position, it’s enough to apply one SR,
the radius of detection of a moving object (MO) – a person who in modern means
is 3050 m, and a vehicle – an order of magnitude more. Suppose that an
observer, an outfit as a source of disturbances, is within a radius of up to 23
meters from the SR. In this case, a powerful or weak, periodic or non-periodic
signal, the interference will be superimposed on a periodic signal from the PO.
In this case, obviously the spectra of signals of interference and MO will be
overlapped, given that the ground is characterized by low-frequency seismic
filtration. The signal from the same MO changes its spectrum, which is recorded
by the SR when changing the distance to the MO. Consequently, in essence, at
the time of mixing the signal from the obstacle placed near the SR and from the
MO, the efficiency of applying such signs of distinguishing the useful signal
as its frequency, spectral difference is lost. Consequently, a new task arises in
the search for an effective signal distinguishing the signal from the PO placed
in the near-range detection zone of the three-coordinate SR of the signaling
device for the protection of the amplitude of the signals. The solution of this
problem is seen using a three-coordinate SR, which in the literature is still
called vector-phase joint venture, three-component SR, trifon.

Abstract:
In this article we consider
the information technology of monitoring, decision-making support and
identification of the student’s health, by which one can characterize the state
of students in terms of determining well-being. The structure of the concept of
well-being was defined, which allowed to build a comprehensive student’s
well-being card. The structure of this card is presented and characterized,
which is the main element for developing the structure of the system. The main
components of the student’s comprehensive well-being card are described and
described: physical, mental and social. Each of these components has its own
data set and is intended to store specific information that is intended to
diagnose the relevant field of the student’s activity. The article presents the
structures of these components. In accordance with the tasks, 4 levels of user
were proposed for work with this technology. The structural scheme of the
system, which consists of three levels: the level of the medical worker, the
level of the manager and the level of the student, on each of which there are
software tools that are designed to work with the relevant subject area, are
presented. Each functional program works with its own database. Between
different modules are organized parallel and contract links. Distribution of
the functional purpose of various structural modules necessitates the
construction of a methodology for the operation of information technology,
which will reflect the step-by-step sequence of data placement in the database.
Thus, the article proposes the architecture of information technology for the
identification of students’ health, which corresponds to the multi-level
structure of health care, provides a complete form of organization of
information exchange and provides an opportunity to integrate it into the
structure of a single technological process, united by a single information

Self-Efficacy (SE), and Perceived Behavior Control (PBC). The study was
conducted in South Korea, and a random sample was taken at a specific time. In
order to collect data, a questionnaire was created in a Google Form and sent
via Kakao Talk, a popular social media application used in Korea. There were
about 220 participants in this survey. However, 201 surveys were completely
done. The findings revealed that all factors in the TAM model and the other
added concepts such as SNs, SE and PBC significantly affect the behavioral
intention of using EVs.

New Low-Intensive Electroretinosignal Method
Authors:
Mehmet Özer, elif Kaya, Burak Gündoğan
Abstract:
The method of determining the
coefficients of the Kalman filter, in the processing of low-intensity
electronegative retentions, in quantum (“photon”)
electro-retinography, is improved for the task of detecting the risks of
neurotoxication (detection of neurotoxicants, evaluation of their type,
quantitative characteristics, exposure time, etc.), by using the method of
screening in several iterations, with a step change. On the basis of the
determined coefficients, a Kalman filter was synthesized for the processing of
a low-intensity quantum electrolyte signal. Comparison time of the algorithm
determining factors addressed by direct enumeration, and improved search
algorithm with variable step-busting. The low-intensity quantum
electretinosignal, based on the standard electric retino-signal, is simulated.
The processing of the simulated quantum electro-reticulum has been improved by
the improved method of determining the coefficients, which led to a reduction
in the search time of the coefficients by 120 times, and a reduction in the
computational complexity of the search algorithm. The algorithm for determining
the coefficients through direct directed selection is realized in the software
environment of Matlab.

System

Progressing of Pathologies of Retina
Authors:
Sophie Bos, Sem Berkenbosch, Lucas Berg
Abstract:Abstract:
Idiopathic macular
degradation (IMD) is one of the most common lesions of the central region of
the retina, which involves a retinal defect in the field of yellow spot that
occurs in elderly patients. The main instrument that registers and performs the
analysis of these pathologies is an optical coherent tomography (OCT). For a
detailed assessment of eye condition, it was suggested to evaluate a number of
indicators during diagnosis. The main criteria of the differences in one stage
of the pathology from the other, which allow the detailed examination of the
macular region of the retina of the eye, are as follows: the presence of
swelling in the macular zone, the diameter of the defect formed, as a result of
progression of the IMD, the thickness of the retina in the zone of phoevole,
the thickness of the retina in the zone of phoevas, the state of the central
vision, the presence of detachment of the vitreous body. In order to make a
decision in the conditions of incomplete information about the condition of the
retina of the eye, a model was created that “describes” the course of
the doctor’s thoughts when diagnosis is made. To this end, it was proposed to
develop and implement a block of tuning membership functions, using fuzzy
logic, including fuzzy sets. According to the results of theoretical and
practical research, a system and method of analysis of the macular area of the
retina of the eye have been developed, the application of which on the basis of
the fuzzy logic device increases the efficiency of complex diagnostics of the
retina of the eye.

The paper deals with the
problems of synthesis of lever guiding mechanisms, the sections of the
connecting curves of which are approximated to the arc of a circle with high
accuracy. For the design of such mechanisms, the methods of the kinematic
geometry of the six infinitely close positions of the mechanism, which consist
of the use of six-point interpolation nodes (Burmester points of the 5th
order), mathematically provide the highest order of touching the connecting
curve of the pivot quadrilateral mechanism to the circular arc at that point.
An analytical-numerical method for the determination of such points is given.
It is established that there are cases when there is only one point of the

synthesis of mechanisms.

Speech
Bank Compression for High Quality Concatenated Synthesis Systems
Authors:
Molly Perez, Bethany Thompson , Harry Roberts
Abstract:
Text-to-speech conversion
systems based on the concatenated synthesis technique with unit selection are
able to produce synthetic speech of very good quality, with intelligibility and
naturalness close to human speech. To accomplish this, it is necessary to use
speech banks containing examples of various phonetic and prosodic contexts.
Frequently, banks used in very good quality synthesizers last for tens of
hours, making their memory occupancy very high. In addition to the recording
banks, concatenated synthesis systems use a set of information to calculate
costs in the process of selecting units, contributing to the memory occupation.
The present work presents techniques to reduce the memory occupation of
concatenated speech synthesis systems. The recording bank of the system under
consideration is compressed using the iLBC codec, which provides the random
access capability to the encoded data, fundamental for applications in
concatenated speech synthesis. The parameter bank, in turn, is compressed using
vector quantization of the spectral coefficients in the unit selection process.
The proposed techniques allow reducing the memory occupancy of the considered
system by up to 79%, without great losses in the quality of the synthetic
speech.

Abstract:
This work proposes a new
technique of pitch contour conversion for application in voice conversion
systems. In the proposed approach, the pitch contour is modeled by the
superposition of two components: the macroprosodium and the microprosodium. The
components are estimated using the MOMEL (modeling melody) algorithm and
different conversion strategies are used. The performance of the proposed
method is compared with the two methods most used in the literature: conversion
using Gaussian normalization (GN) and Gaussian mixtures (GMM). The subjective
performance of the methods considered is evaluated through two subjective
tests: preference and similarity. The experimental results confirm the adopted
measure, indicating a preference for the proposed method.

To ensure reliable data

Abstract:
This paper evaluates the
dividend payments for general claim size distributions in the presence of a
dividend barrier. The surplus of a company is modeled using the classical risk
process perturbed by diffusion, and in addition, it is assumed to accrue interest
at a constant rate. After presenting the integro-differential equation with
initial conditions that dividend payments satisfy, the paper derives a useful
expression of the dividend payments by employing the theory of Volterra
equation. Furthermore, the optimal value of dividend barrier is found. Finally,
numerical examples illustrate the optimality of optimal dividend barrier and

system with uncertainties and disturbances. Up to now, unfortunately, not
enough studies on the input-saturated system with linear-growth-bound
disturbances via VSC have been presented. Therefore, this paper proposes an
asymp¬totic stability condition for the system via VSC. The designed VSC
controller consists of two control parts. The linear control part plays a role
in stabilizing the system, and simultaneously, the nonlinear control part in
rejecting the linear-growth-bound disturbances perfectly. All conditions
derived in this paper are expressed with Linear Matrices Inequalities (LMIs),

Authors:

Ammar. Bouallègue
Abstract:
In this paper, a joint source-channel
coding (JSCC) scheme for time-varying channels is presented. The proposed
scheme uses hierarchical framework for both source encoder and transmission via
QAM modulation. Hierarchical joint source channel codes with hierarchical QAM
constellations are designed to track the channel variations which yields to a
higher throughput by adapting certain parameters of the receiver to the channel
variation. We consider the problem of still image transmission over
time-varying channels with channel state information (CSI) available at 1)
receiver only and 2) both transmitter and receiver being informed about the
state of the channel. We describe an algorithm that optimizes hierarchical
source codebooks by minimizing the distortion due to source quantizer and
channel impairments. Simulation results, based on image representation, show
that, the proposed hierarchical system outperforms the conventional schemes
based on a single-modulator and channel optimized source coding.

Abstract:
Understanding the cell’s
large-scale organization is an interesting task in computational biology. Thus,
protein-protein interactions can reveal important organization and function of
the cell. Here, we investigated the correspondence between protein interactions
and function for the yeast. We obtained the correlations among the set of proteins.
Then these correlations are clustered using both the hierarchical and
biclustering methods. The detailed analyses of proteins in each cluster were
carried out by making use of their functional annotations. As a result, we
found that some functional classes appear together in almost all biclusters. On
the other hand, in hierarchical clustering, the dominancy of one functional
class is observed. In the light of the clustering data, we have verified some
interactions which were not identified as core interactions in DIP and also, we
have characterized some functionally unknown proteins according to the
interaction data and functional correlation. In brief, from interaction data to
function, some correlated results are noticed about the relationship between
interaction and function which might give clues about the organization of the
proteins, also to predict new interactions and to characterize functions of
unknown proteins.

Abstract:
The objective of this paper
is to characterize the spontaneous Electroencephalogram (EEG) signals of four
different motor imagery tasks and to show hereby a possible solution for the
present binary communication between the brain and a machine ora Brain-Computer
Interface (BCI). The processing technique used in this paper was the fractal
analysis evaluated by the Critical Exponent Method (CEM). The EEG signal was
registered in 5 healthy subjects,sampling 15 measuring channels at 1024 Hz.Each
channel was preprocessed by the Laplacian space ltering so as to reduce the
space blur and therefore increase the spaceresolution. The EEG of each channel
was segmented and its Fractaldimension (FD) calculated. The FD was evaluated in
the time interval corresponding to the motor imagery and averaged out for all
the subjects (each channel). In order to characterize the FD distribution, the
linear regression curves of FD over the electrodes position were applied. The
differences FD between the proposed mental tasks are quantied and evaluated for
each experimental subject. The obtained results of the proposed method are a
substantial fractal dimension in the EEG signal of motor imagery tasks and can
be considerably utilized as the multiple-states BCI applications.

annotating ECG’s. Several algorithms have been developed to segment the ECG
automatically. We first review several of such methods, and then present a new single

Abstract:
Annotation of a protein sequence is pivotal for the
understanding of its function. Accuracy of manual annotation provided by
curators is still questionable by having lesser evidence strength and yet a
hard task and time consuming. A number of computational methods including tools
have been developed to tackle this challenging task. However, they require
high-cost hardware, are difficult to be setup by the bioscientists, or depend
on time intensive and blind sequence similarity search like Basic Local Alignment
Search Tool. This paper introduces a new method of assigning highly correlated
Gene Ontology terms of annotated protein sequences to partially annotated or
newly discovered protein sequences. This method is fully based on Gene Ontology
data and annotations. Two problems had been identified to achieve this method.
The first problem relates to splitting the single monolithic Gene Ontology
RDF/XML file into a set of smaller files that can be easy to assess and
process. Thus, these files can be enriched with protein sequences and Inferred
from Electronic Annotation evidence associations. The second problem involves
searching for a set of semantically similar Gene Ontology terms to a given
query. The details of macro and micro problems involved and their solutions
including objective of this study are described. This paper also describes the
protein sequence annotation and the Gene Ontology. The methodology of this
study and Gene Ontology based protein sequence annotation tool namely extended
UTMGO is presented. Furthermore, its basic version which is a Gene Ontology
browser that is based on semantic similarity search is also introduced.

Abstract:
The volume of XML data
exchange is explosively increasing, and the need for efficient mechanisms of
XML data management is vital. Many XML storage models have been proposed for
storing XML DTD-independent documents in relational database systems. Benchmarking
is the best way to highlight pros and cons of different approaches. In this
study, we use a common benchmarking scheme, known as XMark to compare the most
cited and newly proposed DTD-independent methods in terms of logical reads,
physical I/O, CPU time and duration. We show the effect of Label Path,
extracting values and storing in another table and type of join needed for each
method’s query answering.
