Important Notes

1.      *The on-site fee (300 euros) is only valid when the participant sends us proof of the hotel reservation copy before 30 July, 2024. This fee can be paid at the registration desk in CASH ONLY. Credit cards, other currencies or any kind of cheques cannot be accepted to pay the conference fee at the registration desk. 

2.      The Early fee 400 € (non-student) and 350 € (student) will be available up until May 31, 2024 23:59:59 GMT. If payment has not been received and confirmed by the Registration Office by 23:59:59 GMT June 5, 2024, registrants will be charged the Standard conference fee. This applies to registrants submitting bank transfers that are incomplete for any reason. 

3.      The Standard conference fee 150 € (non-student) and 130 € (student) will be available after May 31, 2024 23:59:59 GMT up until July 30, 2024 23:59:59 GMT. If payment has not been received by August 5, 2024 23:59:59 GMT, all non-payment standard registrations will be automatically removed from the registrant database.

4.      Registration entered after July 30, 2024 23:59:59 GMT (without a bank transfer or without sending proof of a copy of the hotel reservation before July 30, 2024), will be considered late registration. The late registration fee will be 450 Euros, paid in cash on site, on the day of registration on September 17, 2024.

5.     Conference fee is valid for one person and one presentation (Additional paper presentations, 100 fees are to be paid).
